Mark is Managing Director and Principal Consultant at i4C Process, specialising in Process Change and mapping technology and has over 15 years’ experience in delivering customer focussed process change.
Mark is an accredited Lean Six Sigma Black-belt and process architect.

He has successfully delivered process improvement and business transformation projects in Financial Services, Medico-Legal, Public Sector and Defence organisations.

Mark has set up business and process improvement functions and designed & delivered bespoke improvement frameworks and training for multiple clients, including the 2011 British Quality Foundation and North of England Excellence award winning methodology. Mark understands how organisations can leverage value from Enterprise Architecture, and has recent experience of implementing leading EA software across organisations to help deliver their strategy, provide assurance to regulators, deliver change and reduce operating costs.

Chris Is an accomplished Operations Management professional with over 20 years operations experience gained within the UK and overseas, including 10 years of outsourcing experience in India, South America, the Philippines and South Africa.

Highly knowledgeable in ISO 9001 quality compliance systems and internal auditing practises, Chris has delivered significant cost savings to organisations, by improving process efficiencies that accomplish optimal performance for businesses and their customers.

Working with a number of large organisations such as Aviva, Carphone Warehouse and Nuance Communications, Chris has directly managed high value accounts, whilst utilising industry leading outsource partners around the world.

Christine has significant experience in Business Transformation and Process Improvement, and has designed and implemented award-winning governance methodologies for process improvement.
